We partnered with a consulting organisation to conduct research into global hiring trends. Based on a realisation that 40 – 60% of all executive hires fail, and that 40% of CEOs cannot pursue opportunities because they lack the right leadership capabilities, we explored the challenges, reasons and costs involved.

We interviewed senior executives at board and management level to look at the reasons for failure and the part that Executive Search plays in the process. Having processed the data we set about designing our Talent Assurance Process (TAP) to help build a set of credible solutions to key issues and challenges.
