Following our research into global hiring practices, we designed our Talent Assurance Process (TAP).  We shape our approach, and deploy specific parts  our TAP, to meet our clients’ needs.

We start with the  detailed Discovery stage. This is  where we understand you, your culture, your strategic and operational priorities and hiring needs.  By using a bespoke Performance Profile we define success and key objectives for the position.

Our research team will  map the marketplace,  reaching out to CS Partners’ extensive global talent pool and beyond. We provide an extra layer of validation by using a member of our Global Talent Advisory Board of industry specialists to help validate our shortlist.

We deliver high quality reports to our clients using a bespoke talent scorecard system, covering a range of factors associated with cultural and organisational fit.  We help support both candidates and clients during the first six months of integration. After 12 months we revisit the performance profile in order to measure and assess the success of the hire.
